Are your products safe to use?
All our products are made from high-quality, naturally sourced ingredients. However, natural ingredients can be potent and affect everyone differently. We highly recommend reviewing the ingredient list for any personal allergens before purchasing.

Shipping & Collection
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of R120 for orders within Cape Town and R170 for orders to the rest of SA. Delivery is free for all nationwide orders over R500.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once payment is confirmed, we process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery to main centers (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA) generally takes 2–4 business days. Outlying or rural areas may take 5–7 business days.
Can I collect my order directly from you?
Yes! We offer a Free Warehouse Collection option. Simply select "Local Pickup / Warehouse Collection" at checkout. We will send you an email with our warehouse address and collection hours as soon as your order is packed and ready. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
Which courier companies do you use?
We partner with reliable local couriers including The Courier Guy, ITT and CourierIt to ensure your order arrives safely at your doorstep.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major South African payment methods through PayFast, our secure payment gateway. You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT (Ozow/Netcash), or Masterpass.
Is my personal and banking information secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. Furthermore, your payment details are processed directly through a secure, POPIA-compliant payment gateway - we never store your credit card details on our servers.
Cancellations & Returns
What is your return policy?
In compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a change-of-mind refund. However, due to health and safety regulations for ingestible/wellness products, items must be completely unopened, unused, and have their safety seals perfectly intact.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during transit, please take a photo and email us at info@kalyanherbal.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a courier to collect the damaged goods and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
